This year Yatra/Tour was a conducted on 10 major cities in India. We started three new chapters i.e. Kolkata chapter, Vizag Chapter and Trivendram Chapter.

This year, I was part of four major cities i.e. Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

I had delivered session on “Database Resource Manager (Your Best Friend in Multi-Tenant Env.)” in Hyderabad. I had covered all internal things about Database Resource Manager; how it works internally and how it helps to manage work load and provide maximum performance at time. Also how it helps to distribute limit resources to all type of user i.e. reporting users, batch users, txn users etc. Also explained capabilities of Database Resource Manager and discussed various use cases.

It was privilege to share the stage with the Oracle Experts/Gurus; Sandesh Rao, Gurmeet Goindi, Basheer Khan, Raj Rathee, Sai Penumuru, Douglas Hood, Jim Grisanzio, Roy Swonger, Gavin Soorma, Amit Satoor, Suresh Gandhi, Brendan Tierney, Michel Schildmeijer, Kiran Tailor, Malay Kumar, Vivek Sharma, Chandan Tanwani, Abhinav Shroff, Chaitanya Koratamaddi, Gavin Soorma, Veeratteshwaran Sridhar, Chetan Vithlani, Manish Choudhary, Vinay Mistry, Aishwarya Kala, Pradeep Vattem, Vinay Raj; addressing the audience about Oracle Cloud, Autonomous Database, Docker, Kubernets, Performance Tuning and Future Technologies; Also speakers have shared their experiences, case studies of Oracle Technologies and career guidance. Here they have shared importance of AIOUG community engagement.

Special Thanks to Sai Penumuru, for giving me an opportunity to speak in Oracle Groundbreaker's Yatra 2019 and being a part of four cities, I was able to give my little contribution to such a great community.

I am glad to share that in this Yatra, I was interviewed by Jim Grisanzio and we discussed about my Oracle Groudbreakers Yatra session and AIOUG community building.

It was amazing to talk with Jim Grisanzio.

Here I would like to mention that All speakers’ energy and enthusiasm for Oracle Groundbreakers Yatra was tremendous.
Get up early in the morning, getting ready for event; after taking breakfast at hotel and leaving from hotel to Yatra event venue and reaching on time at 8:00am sharp is really appreciable.

After running whole day event from morning 8:00am to evening 6:00pm leaving from venue to Airport to reach next Yatra destination and taking dinner at Airport was showing, how flexible all speakers are !!!
And reaching next city at hotel again in mid-night and get up early in morning is really very tremendous. This routine was continues to 16 days.

I was only part of four cities but all other speakers have traveled almost all cities. It was really amazing Journey where we meet many DBAs and Developers and Oracle Enthusiasts and discussed on Oracle Product Technologies.

I glad to share glimpses/photos of this event (Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai & Hyderabad). This will really inspire you to participate in such Technology event where you can learn Technology insights and Future Technologies from Industry Experts.
